    Received a letter from Arden today saying they have tried to contact me a number of times over the previous few weeks, and if they don't hear from me in the next 7 days

    It was nice of Lloyds to offer the services of their 'financial health specialists', I'm sure they would have come to the same conclusion.

    The terms they sent are questionable as I need the agreement to align the two - so right now it is UE.
    I see they have sent the request for Absolute Assignment to another department, I guess any agreement could be sent with this.
