    Re: Churchman's UE Diary

I don't see that there's any need to as they have now got a dca (and their pet solicitors) on the case.

      Thanks for that.

I just thought as I'd originally sent CCA request to the then DCA (SCM) and the OC responded, I should stick with just corresponding with them (OC) as they are the principals?

If you send a letter to:- No, Go & Pratts the response refering to your letter is usually from the DCA! = next desk! (Wetcloths).

SCaM is not a DCA. They are the OC's own pseudo-licitors. So, when you send a request to them, it automatically gets referred to the department of the OC which handles them.

If it has been assigned to Wasteclot and Nelson Gits, and they are harassing you, just correspond with them.

I wrote to SCuM, solicitors. Eventually got info I wanted via subject access request.
Had 2 credit cards with LLoyds. Unfortunately I had paid one off in full. The "application form" supposedly my agreement on the paid off one, was for a "balance transfer." Wish I had checked before I paid em!
The other one! Cannot find it. UE Go and sit in the naughty corner, cause I aint paying.
They were obviously super efficient at retaining documentation. However, they never got it right in the first place!

                  Re: Churchman's UE Diary

Happy New Year to all on this forum.

A few updates for the diary which have now been done, it seems pass the UE parcel is a game favoured by the DC industry.

Thanks to Niddy and the team for the their sterling work and support.
