Any terms with that one. If not I would send missing prescribed terms template.
I'm not entirely sure what I am looking at tbh. The 'agreement' just looks like a list of terms and conditions (headed up Trustcard Conditions of Use) with my name and address on.

I will be sending the missing PT's template soon, just to check should all correspondence be sent recorded from now on, or is proof of postage sufficient as long as I keep copies of everything?

            Thanks again!!

              Hi

Recorded is fantastic if you can afford it and should always be used for important "Milestone" letters ie: CCA Request and important issues - Complaints ect

Otherwise, A proof of posting is perfectly fine for the "Ping Pong" normal letters/Replies as long as it shows the address/Postcode

Fingers crossed for you with all this

                  Oh, next question!!

At what point should I cease paying on the card? As I'm in a DMP with CCCS (Stepchange) should I contact them to cancel it and start doing my own (paying the loan but not the card)? I've not yet had a response regarding my CCA request for the loan which I am more suprised about as it was the most recent debt and I thought they'd be able to send me that one straight away without any problems. Also would CCCS advise me of the details to send my payments every month if I asked them?

                  Thanks again in advance!

01/02/2013 - CCA sent today (although loan taken out after 2007 so no doubt will be enforceable)

01/03/2013 - Nothing received yet so CCA reminder sent today
28/03/2013 - Reply received from Blackhorse in response to the reminder I sent on 1st March. They advise that they are unable to locate a credit agreement with the info that I have provided
So I have managed to receive 2 C/A's that I didn't ask for and that I didn't provide andy numbers for but they can't find anything for the one I do want and that is still o/s by £19K?

The agreement number I used was the one on my paperwork with CCCS (I also used the number on their paperwork for my credit card and they found that ok), however I've trawled back my statements and the DD seemed to have been collected on a different ref number. I'm now wondering if I should just send them a letter back with this other number and ask them to check it, but I don't understand how they wouldn't be able to see an outstanding loan on their system?

                    Any thoughts?

                        Re: Stressedoutmum's UE diary

Hi, looking for some advice please.

I have still not receievd a copy of my loan agreement.

The first response I got (which was after me sending a reminder) was to say they couldn't find anything under the number I gave them and that they wanted me to provide a valid agreement number. After some hunting about I found the correct number and fired back a reply advising them of it.

I have now received a letter from their PPI Customer Relations acknowledging my complaint about how I was sold PPI on my loan (and have quoted the loan number I gave them). What the....?? Are they assuming that the reason I want my loan agreement is to dispute the PPI?? What do i do here? I don't want to just stop paying them as surely they have a copy of my loan somewhere but are just too stupid to grasp that I just want a copy of it, plus with the equity we have in our home I don't want to jump the gun and get myself into more bother.

                                Hi, just a quick question.

Through my bank account I get alerts if anything changes on my credit file. I got an email today to say something had changed and when I logged on it says on 20th July my LTSB credit card status has been changed to S(Settled). Is this due to the fact the debt has now recently been transferred to Idem Servicing? I defaulted on this card in October 2009 so almost 6 years now. Will another entry appear for Idem Servicing at some point and what affect if any will this have on my file? I was expecting the card to fall off after October?

                                Thanks
