      Everything is OK with me, Funny thing is though, i have just received a DCs letter that made me laugh. I will have post it up when I get round to scanning it.

          this was originally £50ish but EE wiped the slate when I got the arbitrator involved. I think this might be charges that the DC has added.
          I think that this process of template letter sending could be somewhat automated

            Settle on "highly favourable terms"? They're offering you a discount of £3.47p .

            I'd be tempted to send then £11 and tell to keep the change since they obviously need the money more than you

                Notice of Assignment from Mint/RBS to Cabot Financial (UK) Ltd which is unlicensed by the FCA

                Have you heard nothing more from them since your last post on this thread in June 2016?

                  Yes, I have had a steady stream of begging letters, offers, texts, calls to my mobile, all ignored by me. I haven't felt there was anything worth updating.
                  I shall now update ASAP.
