        XX/12/22 Letter received "We're still investigating your query, we'll be back in touch as soon as we have an update"

        XX/01/23 Statement of account letter received

        07/23 Assignment letter from Capquest Investments Limited to Intrum Poplar Designated Activity Company

        07/23 Letter from Capquest Debt Recovt confirming change in legal ownership of the account

        10/24 Letter from NCO Europe offering 75% discount

        11/24 Letter from NCO now offering 40% discount…..

        Fast forward to January this year.
        01/26 Letter from Dryden solicitors “next steps”

        02/26 Letter of Claim from Dryden received.

        advice welcome on best response going forward please?

          Seems odd that they issued a LOC when there was a stayed claim. I suspect they don’t know about it.

          Lots of ways to
          play this, I would suspect doing nothing will get you a claim.

          Maybe send a request for the credit agreement and if you have defaulted the DN.

          As I say lots of ways to
          play it but nothing = claim
