Just a quick update on my diary.

Sent PRA a F&F settlement offer to which they've countered with a high offer.

Moorcroft has currently put both my accounts on hold while they investigate my CCA request from May.

Did you send it ‘without Prejudice’ written on it?

Update: Received a letter from CapitalOne rejecting my offer. Haven't sent a CCA request to them yet so that will be my next step.

Is it possible to add these updates to your original posts so the history of the debt is clear?

Ideally you then requote each post to keep things separate.

Yes, haven't heard anything from them since I sent it in.

Do you think I should go ahead and send a data request to Barclays regarding the PRA CCA request response?

                      Thanks

Have you heard anything further from PRA since you sent your CCA Request which appears to have been in July according to your first post below?

                        Are you still paying them?

Cancelled my Stepchange debt management plan in August 2020 however I only recently sent a CCA request to PRAto see if it was enforceable. I sent their lettered response to the email on these forums to check for enforceability to which Niddy responded that it is unenforceable due to them not sending me any signed agreement so it could be anyone's debt.

I sent you the CCA response that PRA provided via email. They have been calling me daily for the past few weeks. I'm not paying them currently.

                          Thanks

It's best to keep everything on the forum unless there is a legal issue.

If PRA are only phoning you then there is nothing you need to do unless or until they threaten legal proceedings then post on your thread.

There's no benefit in sending a SAR to Barclaycard at the moment, but also there's no harm.

                              Thanks for the advice

I did forward you on the CCA request I received from Moorcroft for one of my accounts a few weeks ago to check for enforceability as I'm unsure on that one. Should I forward this on to Niddy?

                              Thanks

Yes, credit agreements are always emailed to Niddy for checking using webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk
