Niddy says UE and to send Illegible CCA letter received, done this on 20.09.12.

Hi Guys, just received a letter from Paragon totally ignoring my letter re illegible CCA sent and demanding payment stating £10 has be added for the letter sent and another £10 every other letter they send also £20 if they have to phone me, could you assist in how to respond, many thanks Pez

If it's UE they can add all they want, it's all academic because you won't be paying, will you?

I would just wait and see what their next move is, they probably sent this one before your response to their illegible CCA.

Just received letter from Paragon acknowleging my Illegible CCA sent letter. They state they are looking into my complaint and will inform me of the outcome. Cheers Pez

Hi Guys, just received a letter from Lewis debt stating they are not the original creditor and I should apply to Dixons for the CCA as they have merely been instructed to act on their behalf and are not responsible for the CCA. Could you advise on my response, thanks Pez

Lewis threat monkeys obvously can't read! The CCA request letter template clearly states what they should do if they don't believe themselves to be the creditor.

I'd write back enclosing a copy of your letter and pointing them to the following paragraph:

Hi Guys, letter received from B/Card stating they are unable to provide documentation or information relating to the CCA on the above account. They state they have the right to instruct a third party who will continue to telephone, write and visit personally until a suitable agreement has been reached as this is their right. Shall I respond or sit tight, thanks Pez

That's great news!

Barcraps hardly ever seem to find any agreements...
If it was me, I'd wait for that third party to telephone, write or whatever (I doubt they will really visit you but if they do, you don't have to speak to them )
