Just out of curiosity is there anyway I can move replies from one page of this thread to another. Basically I didn’t include all debts on my first page so have updated my diary with other debts as I have gone along and would like to put them all together.
Thanks in advance

Go to the box where you can ask for documents and request the Default Notice and the Notice of Assignment.
Hopefully that should make them think twice about issuing a claim for £79 without having the relevant documents first.
Don’t complete the I & E section because there is no need.

Was this a lone or a line of credit you could use like a credit card- pay some off and use it again?
Was there a DN?
was there a NOA?
Did you have other payday loans when you took out this one?
If push came to shove, could you maybe scrape some money together?

So LBC received today from AJJB Law for the £79 payday express loan. The CCA request hasn’t been received from them. Any advice for how to best deal with this? Also just out of curiosity has anybody else had dealings with AJJB? I have had two payday loan cases which they have issued LBC on so they look like they are a litigious company irrespective of the amount owed. As usual TIA
