    well this is not right as a lot of people do not have facilities to print/compute should be letters to customer, they are trying to save postage and printing?

    thanks Di I have to log in to the payday express account to view the “goodbye” letter from them which I am loathed to do just in case it verifies me to all parties. I am pretty sure this has just been assigned.

    You can never assume anything in law, but since you've sent a s77-79 CCA Request which has not been complied with this debt is currently unenforceable no matter who owns it subsequently.

    Check the date of the assignment in case that NOA is referring to an historical assignment i.e. before you sent your CCA Request.

    I suggest you wait until you are contacted (by letter) and my suggestion is to send the AAD Sold Whilst In Dispute letter.

    When a debt becomes 'questionable' (because of a lack of a CCA) are they allowed to just sell it on? And if so, doesn't the CCA pantomime just start again with the buyer?

    Lantern are a pain, they bought an old Quickquid debt of mine, and are very persistent. Still, for the amount of money involved I imagine you're not sweating too much about it...

    Just out of curiosity is there anyway I can move replies from one page of this thread to another. Basically I didn’t include all debts on my first page so have updated my diary with other debts as I have gone along and would like to put them all together.
