Lewis Debt Recovery in mine but I have a ccj on the debt (too new for UE and no money to make F&F) but they're going to be waiting a very long time to get back what I owe (as in never)

There seem to be a lot of Arrow NOAs going around at the moment...had one myself. The dca is the one the debt was with before the assignment.

Another one of these Arrow assignments. If their new super duper computer system is being used this one should be ending up with one of your present DCA's to chase. Are Moorcroft first in the Missy leader board of bad ass companies just at the moment.

As to the response think with assignments you wait till the red pen brigrade start to cut and paste to you.

Notice of assignment for me from Sainsbury's Bank!

Should I:
a) Wait until i hear from them.
b) Send something - if so, what would be best? Sold in dispute letter?

Statement received from Sainsbury's bank here.
They haven't had a penny since November 2012. I wonder how long they will keep hold of the debt before selling? Longer the better i guess as it gives me more time to save up for when it turns naughty
