    Hiya,
    Thanks for your reply.
I will take a look at the co-op. it's a nightmare that all these banks are knitted together; I emptied my ING savings ready for the Barclays buy out
I will write to bos with new address using missing p&t's.
    Cheers !

the co-op is mostly free of attachments and they do a cashminder account for those of us with less than sparkly credit histories.

    so worth a look

I would send off the missing PTs to Blair Oliver and Scott and see what they come back with.

Up to you whhat you do about the address, as this one is enforceable, a wee bit care is required, so I would probably tell em I'd moved

    Hiya,
Do you think it may be an idea to "bank" with a building society because a lot of these banks are essentially the same group, although I think Halifax is hbos too!

No haven't done missing p&t's yet. Shall I reply to bos with that? The other dilemma is my address has now changed.
    Cheers!

mm Lloyds and HBOS are now connected, I don't think they have thought of going from account to account across the divide yet but never hurts to be careful............

Did you send of the missing PRs as Niddy suggested and if you did, who did you send it to?

    Hiya,
Thanks for replies (sorry for being slow to reply to you - moving at the moment).
Soon as I defaulted Blair Oliver have dealt with the account.
I don't have any hbos related accounts - I only use Lloyds now.
Being that this is not the first reply from them; shall I still send account in dispute? Cca request received and was kosha :-(
    Thanks and merry Christmas

Blair Oliver and Scott are still BOS (geddit) who are Sainsburys. if this is the first you've received from them, I send the sold in dispute even although it's the 2nd desk up on the left from the last lot. keeps a nice papertrail.

Update (not long from the first letter!) from Sainsbury's loan

    Dear Missy,

Your repayment plan is still in arrears, despite our previous requests for payment.
You may must pay the arrears immediately. Payment can be made using the dedicated line below.
Failure to do so will result in your plan being cancelled and further action taken to recover the outstanding debt.
    This may include:
    * Referring your debt to one of our local door-to-door recovery agents to call and discuss payment of the debt.
    * Court action to seek a judgement against you, if we are successful we could then seek an order allowing us to collect money directly from your employer, or if you are a homeowner applying to the court for a charging order over your property.

If you do not make payment, we want to make you aware that Sainsburys Bank may take available funds from a current or savings account you hold with them.

    Yours faithfully,

    Blair, Oliver and Scum.

    Ignore for now?

That's excellent news, thanks for checking them out!

I am wondering if they will be able to locate the documents on the other accounts...
