    Update from Sainsbury's loan here.

First letter from Moorcrap: "do not ignore this letter" - Well sorry to disappoint; that's exactly what i am going to do. Waiting for next piece of hamster bedding to arrive

Hey mrsd. Thanks for coming back to me. I think I will scan it all on Monday and send it to Niddy (assuming he doesnt mind!)The terms page looks the same although they provided a letter saying welcome to loan and you've been approved for a credit card too.

Thanks for coming back so quickly mrsd
Um I'd think its a mailshot based on the fact sainsburys replied with sorry last time.
Ill reply with a copy of their letter and stop writing to old address you arse holes (or something to that effect )

    Is it a formal LBA

    or just a stupid mailshot?

if it's the first I'd send

Our Templates | Unenforceability Templates | Threat by Creditor - Threat-o-Gram Letter Before Action

if they are just being dense a couple of lines referring them to Sainsbury's letter and your letter changing the address(enclose copies of both)

I'm nearly saying use the the big pink marker but if it's enforceable don't

    Re: Missy's Diary

    Update here.
Blair, Oliver and Scott intend to proceed with court action on behalf of Sainsbury's bank. Not sure how far the Bleeding, horrible and spot desks are from Sainsburys loans but they obviously don't talk to one another. Despite me starting my last letter with "please note my new address" - they are still writing to the old one!

    Re-cap -

Sainsbury's write to me in January and say they have let me down by not providing all the necessary paperwork and enclose £20 as compensation! They will forward everything although heard nothing.

    This is an enforceable agreement.

    Thanks for reading!
