Feb - Received threantening letters that they could take action copy in above post.
Feb - Sent CCA Request, Telephone Harrassment, & Doorstep Visit Letters
March - Received letter from AK they trying to gety copy of CCA from original creditir (Have already had a copy from them in 2009) so no doubt they should have a copy)
March - Oh SHit just recoevd a copy of the CCA from AK (Was hoping they couldn't find one after all this time. will need to send to Niddy for hos expert advice.

Its been such a long time since I received a copy of the CCA (2009)do you think it would be worth while applying for another copy to see if they still hold a copy or do I try come to some arrangemtn.

I could send Niddy the CCA copy they sent me in 2009 for his expert opinion.

Hope you and family all well at your end....you been very busy man of lately (when are you never a busy man I hear Mrs Nids say) cracking new site you have put mega work into this site, it so geartly appreciated by us and everyone else on AAD.

This was for an old Dorothy Perkins store card with GE Money which was assigned to AK way back in 2007. There is lots of late charges on this account too which they refused me way back due to not being covered at the time by FOS. So could I counter claim with charges if they tried to go to court.

Will send CCA request and Harassment letter to them today. They also threatening doorstep visit shall I send Doorstep Visit letter also,,,

Received email regarding paid subscription to "AAD Fighting Fund" not sure/can't remeber if I have recurring subscriptiom or if need to renew subscription can someone help me find out as wouldn't want subs to run out and my access denied.

Hiya Elsa

So good to hear from you...how is your lovely Grand Children doing (bet they're not babies anymore - doesn't time fly). Hope you and all your family are well.

I'm phsyically feeling much better but mentally not too good, too many issues health and personal wise going on in our life just now and I'm finding it really hard to cope with. I defo think as you older the stress becomes harder to cope with (lets face it not getting any younger).

Can you believe its 2 years next week since you guided me here from CAG, we shall never be able to thank you enough for you and Niddy's help and support Elsa. Now 2 years on after Niddy saw HBOS off with tails between there legs. Hopefully by August this year all HBOS accounts will be SB. That will leave us a few smaller DCA issues to deal with.

On a personal note Mr M not good had few blood tests have come back telling us somethings not good but as yet don't know what,

Oldest Daughter still not good ....they drained fluid off her brain to release pressure in October last year then they were going to decided if she needed a shunt put in to help release fluid. However they are tryingto treat her with medication first but doesn't seem to be working so waiting to hear from consultant. Our wee Grandson can't understand why his mum in bed all the time., she just can't function when headaches come on.

Youngest Daughter got married 18 Months ago (been together 10 years) bought house 4 months ago and split up 2 weeks ago (we are devastated for them as they were such a good couple together) whole family cvan't beleive it.

Our dog has just been diagnoised with Cardiomyopathy, Liver Disease and Thyroid trouble, not good news there only took her to vet to get a wee fatty lump examined and was told needed to see a specialists for heart murrmer then all this transpired.


Just waiting for next hurdle to appear, hopefully not as big as last ones...

UPDATE:

Got reply from AK they need t request copy CCA from original creditor..Don't quite understand whythey need to go back to originak creditor....as they sent me a copy in 2009 - you would think they would have held onto a copy.

Yeah Mrs D and cymruambyth..fingers crossed they can't find CCA....just need another 18 months and this will be SB (Scotland).

What I can't really understand is why they had a copy to send in 2009 and now they don't have their own copy to send....Strange!!
