          Re: Angelsoxx's UE diary

Just checking through, so far 2 have admitted no CCA, 2 have sent recons with glaring faults, one company representing 2 debts has sent me something which relates to absolutely nothing, so probably a good bet they don't have anything and 2 have yet to respond.
          6/8 so far!

              Approx balance £19923

Date last paid full amount 2006

              04/04/2006

Was on plan with cccs, plan stopped, no longer paying.

              Defaulted Jan 2006

              Handled by DLC
              March 5th cca sent
              Letter recieved 31st march
You have failed to respond to our previous letters.
they left ONE msg on my ansaphone...)
Depending on your financial circumstances our client mey be prepared to consider reducing the balance outstanding.
You should telephone us immediatly to discus the various options available to you.
Failure to respond to this letter may result in further action being taken.

Seeing as they signed for my CCA request and failed to produce even so much as a reply, and they are all of a sudden offering to reduce my debt, is it fair to assume they actually have diddley squat? I of course, have no intention of calling them, I shall file this letter under IGNORE

                Re: Angelsoxx's UE diary

DLC are easy to get rid off after a few letters, if you can be bothered, if you are ok with just ignoring what they send then its up to you.

My mother got a letter from them saturday after a month of no contact, guess what it was? a statement of the balance outstanding LOL Ive made them admit to UE over 3 times now and all they can do now is send a statement...idiots!

Lol, nice one! I am vet ok with ignoring them, after all, that's what they did with my cca requests, and you should treat people the way you expect to be treated in turn.

Just got my cheque back along with a compliments slip from hillesden securities. (it was sent to dlc, any idea?) 'please find enclosed your cheque as attached to your letter of 03/03/12.'

Seeing as they have returned this cheque, offered to lower the outstanding debt and have not alluded to a cca at all- i really can't see them having anything! party time!!

                      Re: Angelsoxx's UE diary

From expeirence, DLC will write to you and say they are still persuing the OC for a copy of the agreement, they dont tend to just ignore it if they havent got it.

But they do take around two weeks to reply to anything you send, so bare that in mind.

But either way, it doesnt matter, they are in default after 14 days of the request.

Can't actually find anything which appears to link with this on my credit report ??!
10th April- got a letter with photo copie if a cca, and a letter saying statement of account to follow.

They also ask me to get in touch to bring this to a satisfactory conclusion.
Don't know if this cca is UE, have sent to Niddy.
I DID notice that ppi box has been ticked, but the form was not filed in my hand writing.

I just checked through the guide to cca's, I how I'm right here... The page with the prescribed terms is on seperate page to the signature.. Am I right in thinking that means it was improperly done?

I've not heard from Niddy about this CCA, but my email has been giving me a lot of "unable to deliver mail" rubbish this week, i'll ask Niddy if he's received it, don't want to fill up his inbox unnecessarily!

I just received a pile of statements from lloyds/aic rom jan 2005 to date.
Funny thing is interest stopped in 2006 when I started a payment plan, then started in Dec 09 and then stopped £271 later in Feb 2011.
If this does prove to be enforceable, can I claim back these charges and also, ppi was ticked on the application... prefer it to be UE though, lets see what Niddy says on that.
