    Approx balance £19923

Date last paid full amount 2006

    04/04/2006

Was on plan with cccs, plan stopped, no longer paying.

    Defaulted Jan 2006

    Handled by DLC
    March 5th cca sent

Under this Egg loan on my credit report, it says "Date Satisfied 31/07/2011"
and then the loan is passed over to Britannica Recoveries S.a.r.l-arrow. I'm guessing Egg sold them the loan in 2011, I haven't had any notice of assignation. Is this right?

Also, the default date was Jan 2006, will this vanish any day now or do I need to do anything?

      Re: Angelsoxx's UE diary

      Helloooooo

i've received a cc statement from Lloyds for the account which they sent me a UE reconstituted cca- along with missing info and wrong address!
      They are still adding interest.
I've already sent the the missing prescribed terms letter so they know the account is in default/dispute. Should I do anything with this statement or do I just ignore it and wait to see what they do next?
Sorry if this seems a silly question, I want to make sure I do everything The Way Of Niddy!

I meant the creditors, not you guys! That lloyds half-arsed excuse for a cca is the only thing I've had to argue with.

If nothing arrives from the others by Monday, do I send them reminders or do I do nothing until they get in touch? They have all signed for my cca requests so I know they got them.

                          Re: Angelsoxx's UE diary

oh, this is interesting, I just noticed in the lovely letter they sent me.. "Failure to make payments under this agreement will result in collection activities and any default may also be reported to credit reference agencies"

It defaulted 2 years ago- and why only threats of dca's? where is the usual threat of court? They claimed ear;ier in the letter that the agreement is full;y enforceable, then why aren't they threatening me like it IS fully enforceable??
Can anyone else smell something, bit like cows, male cows...

I don't fear them anymore, I now laugh at their empty threats And giggle at the bollocks they write to me. All thanks to you guys!
