Most final CO's go through when they are that late stage and to be fair this is a bloody good result. £1 p/m is good news for the foreseeable future - see it out and keep us updated.

I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

I'll stick 2 fingers up to DLS every time I go past ( twice a day ) ....I actually work for the 'non-git'- part of the Group ( nothing to do with money... and , so far, they haven't had any of my Accounts to deal with )

THANK YOU for all the swift nice comments and support... it really mean alot to me.

Within long whole month sure I can pick £1 worth of coppers from the floor to rescue my house for the family.

Also as a good argument for the future of next consider take further action as a reference.

The bad news was that they granted the Charging Order , the DJ based this on the fact that I'd already admitted the debt and had a CCJ for £330.02 a month against. However because I'd been paying the £1 per month he put in a condition that as long as I paid £1 per month without fail Hillesden Securities (DLS) couldn't apply for sale of the house, the solicitor for them reluctantly agreed and that was it. Not a good result in the long term but for now it was quite an escape.
              Hi,
Excellent result seems you had a reasonable DJ.

                Thanks for the support

Before we go in, CAB told us this DJ quite reasonable and will read all the paperwork.

I think that's quite a good result Love Money.

The £1 per month will certainly make others think twice before taking you to court.

Hillesden certainly shot themselves in the foot with that bully tactic. They arrived at the court with an order for £330 per month and left with one for £12 per year. My maths is pants but isn't that about a 330% reduction in the payment terms

Maybe see this as a £10k interest free loan for now which you're paying back at a quid a month. Better than any other High Street deal on offer. You never know one day down the line they may bite your hand off for a F & F because it'll probably be costing them more each month just to process your payment

I think you had the last laugh this time

That's even better You mean the DJ didn't make you pay Hillesden's costs even though they got an order in their favour. What was the reason for that stroke of luck ?

I've just done a quick calculation and it's going to take the creditor 852 years to get their money back if you don't sell your home

...Oy! Bang goes my pay rise ! I'm sure they'll nick it from the Food Section of Hillesden Group.... we seem to do all the work and they get the swanky ( sorry, extra S there !) offices and the best food in the Staff Restaurant . So much so that many of our own Office Staff go to DLC for their meals !!!!!!
