    Most of my cards are old...barclaycard have probably had £600from me in interest alone in the last 10 months just paying interest and charges

            In 2 deep ..yes i read your case...seems Barclaycard can obviously see i am struggling but why would they want to help a cash cow like me ..the phone calls at work for me from 6 creditors would no go down well...with my employers

              Pre 2007 ..i would say maybe for half ..maybe i just cant remember ..although probably all of them i have recieved a new card...

                you could give them one of these > Free Number to Issue Creditors

                  a new card is not the start date of an account unless it is actually a whole new credit product, ie you applied for something....

                  expired and/or renewal cards are not classed as new agreements when the old card expires.
                  I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

                    My wife says i hoard......just found old cards for the 2 MBNA/Virgin accounts with start and expiry dates 8/7 to 5/9 and 12/7 to 12/9 and the hsbc one dated 12/6 to 11/8..does this help any ?

                            Thanks..just returning to the phone calling...I am thinking what about the banks that have my phone number already...home/mobile and work..as stipulated when i took out the cards ?
                            Also what details do i need to sort out ?
