No you don't ring them, but if you want to pay them then maybe a dmp is best for you? If you want to consider this then let us know and I'll refer you to our free one.

No need to give start dates if you're not interested in UE - we specialise in UE, and you're asking what it is

Ok, have a read here for info: ---> UPDATED - A Full Guide to Unenforceability - allaboutFORUMS

                  Re: Barclaycard

Sorry for pushing you, but which route do you think i should take ? if i do stop paying i will save the money i would have paid ..to use further down the line...my credit is zero ..just need to pay back the money without the interest...or is a DMP the best route..

                    Re: Barclaycard

I cannot give such advice I'm afraid - only you know what is best for you but a dmp means repayment, hopefully with charges etc on hold allowing you time to repay the actual capital.

UE would mean cessation of payments.....

                        Re: Barclaycard

Thanks , I think i may go the dmp as payments are restricting what me and my family spend on food and neccesities..although i would go the UE route as my credit rating is zero and i wouldn`t touch another credit card if they gave them out free..

so why not do what the other 99% of users here do - go down the UE route and if things get too hairy for you then just go on a dmp or whatever then - try this route and save funds, and see what happens....

                          Just an idea

Nothing is forever. If you decide to do a DMP to settle things down now that doesn't prevent you going down the UE route later if you think it may be to your advantage in the long run. I've had over £65k of debt admitted unenforceable by my creditors so I'm going to be biased of course

I can't see if your accounts started before 2007 anywhere on this thread because that could influence your thinking.
