Forgot to press the send button on my Email last night so I didn't Email Ms Huddart until 9.16 this morning and giving her until 14.00 to reply or else it's solicitor time. Have just received a reply from her;
"I acknowledge receipt of your e-mail and attached information and I have now had the opportunity to review matters further. I can confirm that with a view to bringing matters to a speedy and amicable resolution, I am authorised to confirm that we agree to your proposal and will write to you with a further cheque in the sum of £200. This payment is made on a without prejudice basis".
Just shows, if you don't ask, you don't get. Mrs Soap had said I was wasting my time, Lol.
