    Yes, I did CCA both accounts, the letter lists both reference numbers so it's fair to say the information given refers to both accounts. I was paying CSL but since the change over to Moorscum 3/4 months ago I've not paid a tosser!

    Can you point me in the direction of a "non - enforceable" template please. I think I'll buy some bonny coloured envelopes to send my letters in, I'm not struck on these horrible sick coloured envelopes Moors have started to use.

            Moorcroft expects one to jump to attention when receiving their mail. It's a pity they can't be ar*ed to reciprocate. Requested the name of their Data Controller on the 11th, no reply!

                      I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

                          I've now been sent a cheque for £100 by Moorcroft in respect to their breach of the Data Protection Act. Ms Huddart has kindly identified ONE letter that was wrongly addressed. However, there were three and of course, I do have the copies. Do I accept the £100 or should I send her scans of the letters concerned and charge Moorcroft £100 per letter; or at least make an attempt. Any thoughts chaps(esses)?

                            I'd be banking the £100 and sending a letter saying thanks but pointing out that there were actually 3 letters dated x, y and z so could they find it int heir hearts to send another couple of hundred as your bar tab / f&f fund grannys electic needs topping up
