it now seems the account that has been passed to capquest (kays) have now sent a 'proof of debt' to iva company even though this was not included in the iva, i am yet to hear off capquest myself???

Bit of encouragement... Just used the templates above right from request, to not valid CCA provided templates...

Got a letter back to say that they wouldn't be pursuing the debt... Thanks AAD!!!!!!

They don't seem to have a leg to satnd on this lot, and neither do they have a bloody clue in my humble opinion!

PS That was with the same company as you - ShopDirect and NDR
