    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.                           I've only just joined the forums on recommendation from another member and been stung with a summons from IND for a 4yr old CCA debt that has been around as many DCA's as you can imagine.

                          These guys are apparently nasty so i've joined here to get some substantial help in how to counterclaim against the scum.

                          On note about your card offer, my debt was with Capital One and when I received the same from them I applied and was granted a card (arrived yesterday) not that i'd ever use it. I went through the process for reasons to show the court if ever it gets that far.

                          i'd be keen to know if anyone else has had dealings with IND over the past couple of months and the route they've taken with them.
