regards to the two cards, you sit tight and wait for them to respond.... if they miss the deadline they set, of 31st Oct, then just let us know on here don't send them anything else ok?

Regards to the hosting package above, you should pretty much write to the company chasing you explaining what you have said above - this is not CCA related so i'd not be much use..... but it is a normal consumer complaint so follow the normal channels and then move to the providers ombudsman if necessary.....

I got a response today from Barclayshark (even though the letters were addressed to Mercers) regarding the telephone harassment and doorstep letter I sent them.
I have attached it.
What response should I send for that, if any?

No response necessary, if they keep ringing then change numbers - sorry but they are allowed to ring, the templates are designed to scare them off and sometimes they work, others they don't and unless you can ignore the calls then you'd really need to consider changing numbers......

Received this letter from Nationwide today.

Thank you for your letter of 13 October requesting information under the consumer credit act of 1974.

Unfortunately we are unable to action your request as the written authority you have supplied us has not been signed, therefore I am unable to send you a copy of the credit card agreement.

I got a response from Nationwide today and they reckon that the debt is enforceable.
I have emailed you all the documents they sent me.

Hiya, looks enforceable in that the terms etc are pretty much linked however no harm in blagging it - unless you prefer to arrange settlement?

If you decide to blag it, you'll have to back down if they get too heavy! But otherwise it is pretty much enforceable.....
