as for wanting another card, just wanted a balance transfer to an account with zero % interest just to give me some breathing space.
Will take your advice and start clawing some charges back if that's possible, so no doubt you may here from me again, regarding this process. Meanwhile will take your advice and deal with a DMP (will look up what that means in a minute).
