      Re: Claim Form recieved

Hi, i think i am ready to submit a defence. Please can anyone explain any or all of the questions for me?
      1) The claim form date of issue is the 10th, the reverse of claim form says date of service is 5 days after this, does this mean i need paperwork in by 29th? (Sounds stupid but i see conflicting information)
      2) Do you use the MCOL site instead of submitting paperwork by post or as well as?
      3) After entering a defence, do you then get possibility of mediation?

Thanks again for any input, first time so want to be sure i dont trip at initial hurdle!
