      Have sent CCA to Niddy for assessment. Intersting was CCJ for £150 but think it has changed hands several times and now only pay £50

      Niddy confirmed that as CCJ I need to continue paying. I am not sure whether there is scope for F & F but worth a try in the future

            I have sent a Niddy special to Lloyds stating non compliance of CCA request (This has been a year since original request) They have been sending gentle reminders for payment but thought I would expose the fact that they clearly have not got a copy.
