Still all quiet on this one. only ever had the one letter from them? so whats best here people? sit tight or send off the cca? any advise would be appreciated thanks

    letter from link dated 19 september previously written tried to phone etc we are sure you have a good reason for not contacting us. phone us so we can discuss repayment plan etc.received 22nd.
    poping off cca request tommorow 23rd
    letter dated 9th received 16/11/16 dear mrs blah. we write further to your request for information under s77/78 of the consumer credit act 1974. WE REGRET.that we are unable to comply with your request and refunded your £1 payment which we have enclosed. although the agreement is currently uneneforciable we inform you that we may rightfully continue to pursue the balance of this account and continue to register any arrears or default with the credit reference agencies.
    Had a couple of statement of accounts usual tosh.
    However the latest con trick.
    URGENT CONTACT REQUEST.
    link financial outsourcing ltd.
    please contact the team on blah blah.
    YOU CAN CONTACT AN ACCOUNT OFFICER ON BLAH.
    or alternatively via web site to make IMMEDIATE PAYMENT.

    HELL WILL FREEZE OVER FIRST. ha ha they sent this to MY e-mail. now i dont have any dealings with them personally. and they dont have any paperwork to back up there claim. question is how did they get my e mail address? getting a bit desperate i think
    Letter dated 7/11/17 received 10/11/17.
    we have previously written and attempted to call you regarding YOUR ACCOUNT.we are sure there is a good reason
    for not making contact with us.
    and you intend to make payments to clear your outstanding balance. please call us on blah we are here to help you find an affordable repayment plan to suit your circumstances
    well the circumstances are the current repayment plan is the only affordable one
    must be getting near christmas bonus time

    Hi Tech clerk. thanks for taking a look see. well no i have never given my e-mail address to anyone. (not even my so called account} however they have already confessed to not having the agreement although they did say they could rightfully pursue. well they will need to come up with something better than an e mail. the thinking behind this will be to induce a phone call etc to start an argument with them about ownership etc ha ha fools have no chance

    well at long last they used another number and got through and left what sounded like an automated message to phone them. (blah fat chance)
    Letter from moorcroft dated 10/07/2017 received between 12th and 16th. was away for a few days.

    If you set up a plan to pay £50 a month you will be free of this debt in a few months however we are flexible you can pay more or less according to your circumstances CONTACT US TO AVOID FURTHER DEBT COLLECTION ACTIVITY. by receiving further letters and phone calls.

    Letter from cabot. dated 19/8/17. received 26/8/17
    your account was being managed by an agent of ours. we have decided we would like to work with you directly and have asked them to return it to us.
    we know you have previously made payments to our agents. and we want to support you by helping you to set up a personal payment plan.

    well i have not made any payments to there agents. (as well they know) the personal payment plan is very affordable at the present rate.
    £00.00 think i will stick with that for the next 4 years. looks like the charming debs green is back in the loop.

    Link send us one every 6/12 months, as they are supposed to do so. every now and then we get a letter asking us to contact them re paying it back( they have a couple of our alledged accounts)

    I am expecting more of a flurry as they are closer to SB

    Which debt is this for? Is it the one in your post # 10 (just guessing because I saw the word 'Link').

    When you get letters it's best to re-quote your original post then add the update so that anyone helping can see the full history of what has happened so far.

    statement of account. This notice is given in compliance with the consumer credit act 1974 because you are in arrears with your payments under this agreement.

    well link as there is NO AGREEMENT cant really be in arrears. blimey help ma bob. they must have overlooked that important detail. 22/12/16 in the file it goes

    well it only took them till the 11th attempt to use another number? razor sharp these guys. so another 2 numbers into the trusty blocker. the they used and the one they said to phone them on
