    1p how do they get away with such nonsense, they will be saying next an envelope they have shows you paid 1st class stamp and postal order fee to send it!!

      Can you clarify for me - does the six years start from the date of last full payment, the date of last part/reduced payment or the date of notification of Default?

      Only a judge can say this - but I know what you mean.

      Don't worry about it being SB - as they'll struggle to enforce this, you're best to just ignore them. I don't understand what you're asking nor why..... SB isn't until 2020 - as others have already said. It is best explained that SB occurs the month after your last payment or thereabouts.

        And to that you'd literally write back and say "please provide evidence of the payment you claim was made".... let them dig a deeper hole
