    Re: Default Date

BB means it's sustained arrears (only call credit use this) and it's usually added after status 3.

It's not what Jo can do. It's what YOU can do. Unless there's a claim to defend Jo can't help.

Raise a dispute against the entry and remind the CRA of the Principles and ask them to correct the entry in accordance. So the report you posted was technically out of AP in Dec 2010 so status 3 carries on from there. 01/11 = status 4; 02/11 = status 5; 03/11 = status 6 and Default should show from 04/11 (approximately). Each subsequent month from 05/11 should read status D.

Can you clarify when you started the DMP & when you last paid into it. That'd help.

Hello matey, sorry just seen your response. I've done the folowing:

      1) Contacted the CRA disputing the entries, who for a while removed them, but then re-instating them saying the creditor believed them to be correct and I should contact the data controller at the creditor

      2) I did the above, and they responded saying they believed it to be correct, and would not change it

I entered my DMP in Sept 2010, and ended payments approx July 2012, with nothing being paid since. Its why I was curious as to Jo's approach, as she appears to have said something, or phrased something, that made the data controller at that other company sit up and take notice if they resolved it in a day!

      Cheers
      SnV
