Tesco never sent an agreement, though the different companies have sent the same application form.

My Tesco CCA was the same , a signed application and some T&C's, sent missing T&C letter, they said I had received everything they held and that, the T&C from inception, are the same as the one's on the reverse of the application, it was blank. has been passed about a bit, but they all send differing T&C to the ones I got from Tesco,

Hi Di, no their response was relating to the T&Cs that were deemed UE - an application form and a separate leaflet of undated T&Cs.

It seems that your letter telling them that the Ts & Cs were missing may have prompted them to produce the Ts & Cs.

Was that the only reason (missing Ts & Cs) which caused the credit agreement to be deemed unenforceable or was there another reason if Lowells do go ahead with their threat to issue legal proceedings?

Not yet! Just a letter to say that I should pay up or they will start legal proceedings.

I haven’t been in contact since September 2018 when I sent them the missing t&c letter. They told me that they had supplied date of DN, the CCA, a copy of T&Cs for the CCA, NOA and annual statements; they stated that they wouldn’t reply to matters previously addressed unless new information was supplied.

Well they gave you two options
do you have any questions? = no

have they answered your query? = no
so you do not need to contact them

    Sorted

Another missive - they haven’t heard back from us and if we have any questions, please contact them - maybe not.

If they have answered our query, please contact them to pay - another no!

SB is not an option yet.
I never took any notice of that sort of line if I wanted to continue to push back. It's not like they would drop it if the shoe were on the other foot.

They sent me a threat of legal action, I sent UE no true CCA received, they sent me a pile of statements and some terms which had at the bottom 9904, now when I went through all the T&Cs that had been sent in the past I worked out that they were SEPTEMBER 2004 and not for 1999 when I took out the card,
I have never had the original T&Cs. RW did tell me that the account was enforceable in line with the T&Cs that would of been on the reverse of the Agreement.
    Pity the reverse was BLANK,
So I decided to ignore and see what came next
that was the letter saying they were going to send a field agent to help me "reconnect"

You know what happened next. xx
