Hi Niddy & all, been a long time posting due to some personal problems I have been/have experiencing.........hopefully things are going to get better soon.

I have receieved an email from Lowell which is below, and I know that the DN they sent does not hold any water so was wandering if I should ignore or send them a reply. I would appreciate any help or advice as this would be one less trauma to deal with. Thanks to all in advance.

Hope you're feeling better and sorting your problems? You know we're all thinking of you, but it's hard to get personally involved in such traumatic things as we're not really specialised to offer the help you needed. Anyway, great to see you back again.

Ok, as they are still not making any credible threats to you i'd be prone to ignore them, remember you've had no contact for a good 2 years so they are clutching at straws, i.e. do they really know you're there? Lets see what they do/say next yea?

Don't be stressing over this, if necessary we'll start a SAR and then see exactly what happened cos if the balance was indeed only £80 then i'd be able to fight for you so that you only paid £80 then walked away, but we'd have to do a SAR before considering that so lets wait and see cos right now I don't have the time to get that involved, but if they get snotty/threatening toward you then yea, i'll help - you know that!

Keep in touch, and stop stressing about debts - remember anything that isn't yours (you know what I am talking about), is not your responsibility and if necessary we can argue this point with the banks to get them to take the appropriate action if any fraud etc was committed.

Hi Niddy,

Thanks for asking.........as you know I have a lot on my plate at present with my problems. I have a hearing tomorrow for repossession but have managed to get that part sorted out. As for the other things they are slowly progressing.

Well I have received a letter today from BCW who are acting on behalf of Vanquis........they have addressed the letter to me but put my sister's address on it. I guess they think I am still living there...........maybe I should just leave it at that?

Should I reply or ignore?
