i wouldn't wipe my arse with National Debtline. We're here so people learn the facts to fight themselves and not rely on corporate bollocks fed by the banks that fund such entities.

Its 6 years from last payment or acknowledgement - FACT. Overdrafts are no different. If you don't pay and don't acknowledge ANY CCA Related debt for 6 years then your account becomes SB.

Couldn't agree more about NDL just the same as Payplan and other institutions.
Just wish people would research the actual funding and composition of these firms, they really aren't independent.
They are the happy smiley cuddly face of the debt collection industry.

Oh I agree about payplan and stepchange. I believe NDL is different even though they do get tax dedeuctable good PR donations from business. Many charities do.
