    Basically reclaiming ppi 3 years ago affected SB so hopefully others will follow my lead when I say never claim ppi on an UE debt

    But it we got a great result anyway
    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

      Ah bummer. fortunately (or unfortunately depending on your way of thinking!) i have never paid in to PPI although have noted several people have been advised not to rock the boat with PPI. As said, it just reduces the balance on something that is (ideally) not going to get paid anyway.

I am now saving the money each month that was making little difference to the balance and not a bit of difference to my credit file as a result of finding AAD.

                    ok for the benefit of others we've agreed a clean cra, debt reduced to less than 50% payable at £10pm with an offer to settle in a couple of years.
