    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

      Never-In-Doubt thank you so much I was hoping for that reply.I honestly do not understand what they are playing at.At the moment im so exhausted between this new crappy job,the kids and my fruit and veg garden im don't know whether im coming or going.So i shall take your advice and play the waiting game.

      Once again a huge thank you for putting my mind to rest.

                    Ive read through the instructions you gave me and all that's fine.My problem is I don't know how to upload my letter onto the computer.Can you help me with that.

                          Have you a scanner? If not can you take a photo of the letter and email it this way?

                                Hi just tried to email Niddy but I got a you cannot perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed.Can someone tell me how to do this.Sorry im not normally this stupid my nerves are getting the best of me I think.
