e-mail sent to Niddy with CCA scans, even had non automated phonecalls the past 2 days, just kept on saying no to answering security questions but today think i might tell them about the beaver from Belarus that killed a man just to waste their time and money

ok, thanks for letting me know motherboards can be a git sometimes, my last one was an MSi one and the voltage regulator blew on it.... which wasn't uncommon for MSi high-spec boards to do, lasted a good 5 years though haha

This is a DFi LanParty extreme - for overclocking so it can fry from time to time

I press on and in about 6 seconds I've got google up on screen - pretty fast

letter from Resolvecall, so i sent them an e-mail as a reply because im not wasting any money on those scum, got a reply:

Further to your email below, I can confirm that the case you have referred to is not applicable to your circumstances. As part of the credit agreement that you signed and entered into, you agreed to repay the full outstanding balance and that where necessary, the creditor could recover the debt by outsourcing the debt to a third party, which included by way of doorstep collection.

Therefore the license you state that has been revoked is irrelevant, which for the avoidance of doubt we do not agree to, is not binding on us as it does not fulfill the relevant principles of contract law.

We are entitled by law and under contract to recover monies outstanding and we are allowed to take reasonable steps in accordance with regulatory guidance to recover such monies.

Exactly, which you would be well within your right to request. They have no formal right to enter your private residence, land or property.

I'd love it if that was mine cos I would have said "ok well tell munchkin when he turns up to make sure he's prepared for the beating I will serve him - after all, farmers can shoot trespassers, homeowners can batter burglars and subsequently, I will destroy your munchkin. Be it at your own risk, you have been warned"

That usually stops them dead as they add a marker to your file suggesting you are violent and not to cold-call

Not suggesting you do that but I would
