Not necessarily, no harm applying for a CCA to buy time, do it for the loan not the bank account though.

Why? a CCJ won't ruin anything unless you work in such an industry that would restrict it, i.e. regulated in financial or similar.

A CCJ is long off and we'd never let them just do that, don't worry about that.

Sometimes you can accuse a bank of an *Unfair Relationship* if they sold you a new loan at a higher interest rate to settle an existing loan. Just something to keep in the back of your mind

Really dont worry about a CCJ thats so far down the road right now its not even a speckle of light at the end of a very long dark tunnel trust me.

We will get this sorted for you one way or another long before that every happend.

Its easy to be worried, but its mainly due to the fear of the unknown or what you have heard, which 9 times out of 10 is bollox.

Listen to the peeps here, they wont put you wrong.

thanks, glad you're liking it here

Yea, we're not exactly liked on any of those 3 forums you mention, in fact they hate us but we don't care cos we're here to help the consumer, and if they block consumers from coming here then that proves just how shite they really are cos they're barring a consumer access to the best help which must go against what they try and feed us as their main reason for being here.... really?

You can link to any site here, try adding our site URL to mse/cag - see what happens

Re: In a pickle with NatWest

The creditors must love the consumer forums infighting. Divide and rule.

Plus one what niddy says. It should all be about helping the consumer.

Just as each debt is different so is each solution and each person.

The target should always be the bad guys in all this. The finance industry. If they were even half decent these forums would have no reason to exist.

                              5/5/13 Update

-£1333.81 on the current account (had a £1200 agreed overdraft but was constantly living in it)

                              -£3713.44 on the loan account

it sort of felt satisfying today to see that and not be scared to death,id always get to about 60p left before i go over my overdraft then id get paid but i feel in control now thanks to AAD

                                well... an update i suppose...

-£1186.09 on the current account - £13.91 left until it goes over overdraft

-£3713.44 on the loan account (yet again)

seems the banks gone back in time... no phonecalls and no mail as of yet, just checked track and trace with RM and both the SAR and CCA have not yet been delivered but im not so worried

will keep everyone informed whenever i get anything worthwhile
