      Oops sorry my bad

      Just ignore that letter for now.
      I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

            Care to give an update as to what you're doing and why they are writing to you? I don't read all posts you need to update for me.....

              You said the CCA was unenforceable as it uses the term "Approved Limit"
              So I keep sending miising terms template.
              Also they started charging PPI mid way through.

                      I offered 400 in 2008 when I first asked for CCA etc but they refused. That was before we picked up on the prescribed terms...
                      Also before I spotted that they had added PPI without notice...

                      Would it not be worth going for F&F now ish as I wouldn't want another court case... but then they added PPI without asking so no lol

                        Do you have the funds to do a F&F right now? if you want to then just say the word and i'll sort you a relevant template.....

                            Have you claimed? If so with whom and what was the outcome, if not then when did you pay it from - until (approx)....
