Unknown debt via 1st Credit Limited

    Have you ever used a payday loan/cheque cashing service?

    I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

    If you spot any spammers, AE's, abusive or libellous posts or anything else that just doesn't feel right then please report them to me as soon as you spot them at: webmaster@all-about-debt.co.uk

        From the amount could it be a mobile phone bill or say a catalogue account or even a store card that i know you may have thought you've paid off but had trailing interest still applying at all??
        I am an IT Professional with a Background in most Microsoft Based Technologies. Currently Proud to Work at one of the Leading UK Universities. I have that Mentality of "If I can provide Useful Input - then I will Try my best to do so"

                Also as another possibility could you have been victim of ID Fraud at all??

                And even if not relevant to yourself it could equate for something cropping up for someone else.

                  Yep, already mentioned that to him mate but it's quite irrelevant as the debt is not his, the address mentioned is unknown to the OP so it's fine.

                  Just awaiting clarity from 1st Credit that the CRA data will be expunged with the debt returned to the owner as wrong person.

                      Would have commented last night but my phone line is playing up so no phone or internet!

                        I will record this as a mistrace by the 3rd party and;
                        *
                        a)***** Advise the 3rd party
                        b)***** Remove the address from our records
                        c)****** Remove CRA data
