Good morning all,
I am just looking for some information around PRA group, I have been making them monthly payments for just over 2 years. Which they have never challenged on the amounts, they seem OK with the monthly amounts. From what i have read, PRA are a debt purchaser, and they bought a lot of debt from Barclaycard because the customers were not in active payment plans or they didn't have the correct paper work. I was in a payment plan with Barclaycard and made every payment on time, it was then abruptly sold to PRA. My question is, does this make it more likely that my debt was sold because they don't have the paperwork? The credit card was taken out in 2011, and defaulted in Feb 2016.
I am just debating whether to send the CCA request.
