      Thanks loads and loads.....and as each month passes I get closer to getting rid of the scum bags... Though I think BH has disappeared anyway ...

        Is this almost SB?
        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!

          No, there's a fair way to go yet Nid..... payments were made up until 2011. Not sure after that....

                  I cant thank P1 enough, and touch wood and anything else that helps,,, its all quiet still. It was around spring 2011 when I stopped paying, when my partner took a closer look at the payments and... I was looking to retire. I was paying £50 pm and being pressurised. xxxx

                      They do, its certainly opened my eyes being on here, I always thought they were without fault, I was too trusting...but at least the remaining "balance" is staying where it belongs...with me, the susiebling charity for overpaid finance houses is closed

                        it's always a bit of a shock when you find out what the finance industry is really like, you're not alone there.

                          I found out the hard way with Black Horse some years ago, the HP was an absolute rip off, got seriously raped by the repayment terms, however i was ignorant and didnt realise what i had.

                            I feel like they were vultures when I was most vulnerable, I needed to sign to get my home back. They deny responsibility yet they handed all that money over to a dodgy dealer ( he has a bit of a reputation ), aided by an unscrupulous ex.. Anyway , I feel that my knightess has helped me keep some of it to enjoy, and I m feeling good ...
