    I hereby promise to treat Debt Collection Agencies with the same values that they treat me. UTTER CONTEMPT !!

      For the moment continue paying. They cannot take any action and even if they *tried* we'd block any attempted action based on your circumstances, based on your income a court would LOWER the amount to nearer £3 per week if not less, but don't worry about that.

      Suspension of collection means they will not hassle you to pay more - do not complete and I&E forms either! No need to.

      I carried on paying after the above quoted saying I should carry on making my payments for now.

        If you're happy to get defaulted (if not already) cease all repayments.
        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website.
