Fucking idiot. Hope nobody ever employs him again.
I would rather he need surgery to remove his testicales from his ears after they moved internally.

So, my plan is, to check Trust on line tomorrow, not answer the phone to numbers I don't recognise, batten down the hatches and take up position behind the curtain, and if Colonel Knob Head walks up the garden path, call Niddy. How quickly can you get here please?

              Re: Rossendales

Just to add that I have been contacted by Rossendales regarding a "debt" assigned by MBNA to Arrow Global Guernsey Limited. I sent a S77/78 request via claims management co some years age. The MBNA reply was their current terms and conditions.

I am prepared to send a S77/78 request to Arrow but am not in a rush to do so.

I shall reply to Rossendales shortly pointing out that an agreement with all the
prescribed terms has not been signed. The "debt" is less than £5,000.

In answer to Flowerpower, I think I received a NOA and I will check my records to confirm. If I did not receive one then I will update on here.
