Indeed, send them unaltered.

If you scan and save to your esktop, the email that appears when you click the link, comes up from your computer, so you can just drag and drop them into your email.

They are both stayed at the moment and have been for some while.

I thought it was fredbare who had the two cases in court, I'm getting confused now (it doesn't take much!)

Would be a good idea to make Niddy aware of this fact when the documents are emailed to him.

I know it doesn't take much to confuse as the years roll by.

fredbare has 2 cases in court, but they have been stayed for sometime now.

Thanks vint for the tip about scanning I didnt know you could do it that way. So I send it as a jpeg and not pdf, yes?

Hi Flowerepower, No thread here about them, Vint is correct the court cases were stayed early 2010 and still are. Niddy says best to leave them as they are.

You don't have that luxury when you're about to be made bankrupt for £1,400 and they are just beating around the bush!

Did not see your post, could it have moved off into outer space?

The thread is scary though, send off for a CCA or SAR is not what you want to see a few weeks after receiving a SD I suppose at least they were not told to check their credit report.
