      my mother had an mbna account, which was sold to DLC, after a CCA request, i received a lot of threatening letters from DLC, but once i got them to admit that cant enforce without an agreeement, the letters stopped completely.

      Last paid December 2011, last communication was feb i think, will have to check diary. but all that was, was a statement of the outstanding balance.

      So it does work.

        That agreement you sent me is post 2004 and thus has the electronic tick in the box

        I'm the forum administrator and I look after the theme & features, our volunteers & users and also look after any complaints or Data Protection queries that pass through the forum or main website. I am extremely busy so if you do contact me or need a reply to a forum post then use the email or PM features offered because I do miss things and get tied up for days at a time!
