just read the finalcial hardship thread and the sticky by niddy followed the link to the case senarios at the fos and read the 4 cases i bet a lot of peps on here can relate to the two upheld cases all my debt with santander is enforceable so the one were the banks lumped them all together and gave minimum payments interest free appeals to me but gonna follow up with the miss sold/ iresponsible lending credit cards two from santander that niddy picked up on in my unenforceable diary,

i have put in ppi claim to santander come home to a letter accepting the claim £567.60 plus interest at 8% 291.37 total £858.97 result me thinks time to look at holidays

I would like to give you some good advice, but as a member of UE my advice will be worthless.
However Have a bloody good holiday, I am taking the grandchildren to euro disney end of this month. The money could be put to better use some might say, but the look on the kids faces will be worth a few more letters from DCAs. This would not have been possible 6 months ago.

couldnt agree more, this site and the members advice has given me my life back i no longer have sleepless nights dont worry anywere near as much as i used too, you have a good time at euro disney

So where you going on holiday Great result WT, well chuffed for you. Some people get easy claims and others seem to have to go through the mill. Swings and roundabouts but dont worry about any of that just celebrate getting YOUR money back
