Supreme court judges appointed

Two new judges have been appointed to the supreme court: Lord Justice Wilson and Jonathan Sumption QC.
The two appointments to the UK's highest court follow the retirement of Lord Saville and the imminent retirement of Lord Collins, and will satisfy the statutory requirement that there should be 12 justices of the supreme court.
The announcement was made jointly by Downing Street and the supreme court in Westminster........

& I've been informed by others that he can sit on any case that goes to the Supreme Court.
Any thoughts, folks? (please say I'm wrong.......please!)

Really not sure what to think on this Charity to be honest.

As you know, he is the chap that, to a large extent, won the 'Banks' case back in 2009 (my dad told me lol) - literally, it appeared at the time, snatching victory from the jaws of defeat!
There is absolutely no doubting his ability.
But I have my reservations as to his possible bia.....er, 'leanings', lol.
