    Thats how I read the letters.

    Do the agreements both of which they say they have sent you agree with what they are saying. Did the Comet one have no PPI ticked and the Currys one did?

    If that is the case then unless you really do believe the Comet one did have PPI on it then this one has run its course. If of course you do believe you did have PPI then there is the option of a SAR to try and tease the information out of them. However this costs £10 and still might not show anything. So be your call on that.

    The second one well they admit PPI is on. However this one is an oldie. What was it for? Freezer/TV/Computer?

    Who is the agreement with for this one? Crucial we know this. Need to know who we are after.

    Hope that helps. This certainly isnt an easy one for sure.
