No point checking the claim till you get the uphold.
Use a spreadsheet and think you are owed thousands. It hurts even more if they reject.
Get your information. Sars are a must on this they reveal all sorts they probably wish you didnt see.
Get a good strong reason why they had you over and they should pay you back.
Then do the spreadys to check what lies they send back.
I have had 4 out of 5 upheld. 3 out of the 4 upheld were and are wrong on the calculations.
One if I am right and they are wrong is a monster. But we will see as now with FOS
