    I'm still thinking about this letter...and have been looking at the FOS website about how they determine cases they deal with, and how they assess damages etc.

    There are no other 'regulators' of banks which have any powers are there, the only other recourse is to take them to Court, which isn't something I would wish to do.

    I'm feeling a bit unsure of myself now...mulling this over and pondering on the wording to use for maximum effect without being silly about it. Maybe I will just send the Bank a final 'this is what you did to me' letter and 'do you want to negotiate', and leave it at that.

    Anything that takes more than one side to explain is just going to end up in the recycling bin I reckon...

    I wish I could hit them with something definitive regarding the refund to the DCA, but this too seems to be a fairly grey area as yet....

    Reckon I'll sleep on it again...
