Does anyone know anything about what court expenses I can claim, I don’t have a clue.
I’m going to look like an absolute idiot if I go for legal advice re court expenses when I didn’t get any to defend the case lol

Hi gerry, I'm on my phone (difficult for me lol) cos laptop not charging grrr. But just wanted to say what an inspiralational thread this is!! I'm going to apply for a ccj set-aside (english court) in the next couple of weeks. (As soon as I can afford the fee) so I've been spending some time on this board latelym Well done againn what a great site you started Nid - you should be proud of yourself11 FAW

We got a Huge Compliment today from one of Shelter’s Principal Solicitor, she said our recent Sheriff Court Victory was an absolutely outstanding result and that she had never known of any case to have court expenses awarded back to commencement of Court Action……

Well Done all about forums.... .

It was a great boost to my self esteem, these idiots think they can intimate people and we wont stick up for ourselves. I would advise anyone else in the same position to take on these rogue DCA as they’ll feel great when they win. If I can do it with oxygen tubes on, anyone can do it…

We've highlighten another dirty DCA tactic on this case, abandon further action before proof hearing to hide DCA corrupt antics.

Were there is a will there's a way though, and I've most definately Got THE WILL.......

I've got a few idea's in mind to make sure their antics are made public, even if i have to drive around the city with a loud speaker.

Shame that they didn't have the balls to turn up. You didn't get the opportunity to really drag them through it and make them squirm, but they knew they would lose didn't they. Scumbags.
